What Happens After I Schedule an Appointment?
- After you have scheduled your service appointment: you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you of who your Service Advisor will be. When making the appointment, make sure you request an e-mail or text notification to receive a reminder of the date and time of your appointment.
- Decide where you would like
to wait for your vehicle.
You can take a break inside
the dealership in our air conditioned waiting area, complete with tables,
chairs and FREE Wi-Fi. You may also take advantage of our shuttle service; see your advisor for more information. If your vehicle is
determined to be in the shop for an extended period of time, we have loan cars
available upon verification of your insurance.
The Acura Courtesy Car Program is contingent on your comp and collision
insurance coverage that transfers over to the loan car. Loan cars are available on a first come basis. Please see your advisor for more information
about how to schedule a loan car.
