Product Knowledge Specialist

compensation: $13/hour to start, then hourly + bonus once trained
employment type: full-time 

We need Acura Product Knowledge Specialists to assist our clients with their new vehicles. You will assist our Sales and Service Teams when clients have questions on any of our Acura models. We're looking for candidates who have great attitudes, a strong work ethic, and clean driving records. Bi-lingual abilities are a benefit in our diverse community. Hours include nights and weekends.

Some of the daily tasks you will be asked to complete: 
Become an Expert on the Acura product, 
Present features and benefits to clients,
Take demonstration drives with clients, 
Assist in locating vehicles, 
Deliver and ensure each customer has every question answered. 
Some administrative work to assist Managers with phone calls, email, mail, 
Computer skills a plus.
