Product Knowledge Specialists

We are looking for Acura Product Knowledge Specialists to assist our clients with their new vehicles.  You will assist our Sales and Service Teams when clients have questions on any of our Acura models.  Some of the tasks that our Product Knowledge Specialists will complete are:

·         Answer questions from clients regarding various features on their new vehicles at the dealership, on the phone, and through digital correspondence.

·         Complete the delivery process with our clients.  

·         Stay current with all product knowledge - especially new features.

·         Assist our Sales Managers with feature presentations and demonstration drives.

·         Assist our Sales Managers with follow-up conversations and correspondence for new, used and lease retention.

·         Assist our Service Department with questions regarding new product features.

·         Introduce our Service Clients to their loan cars and its features.

·         Troubleshoot vehicle technology and system features.

·         Perform other administrative duties as assigned by managers.

This position requires a professional and personable appearance, excellent communication and presentation skills, proven integrity as well as the demonstrated ability to build relationships and work with a diverse customer base. Moderate computer fluency needed; bi-lingual a huge plus!  The ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings and holidays mandatory averaging 40 hours per week.

Highly desired is a customer service background, especially in the auto industry, however, we are willing to train, if you show a minimum of one year job experience which reflects growth and achievement in a chosen profession.  The winning candidates will be trained by the Dealership to enhance their customer service background by becoming experts on the Acura product(s) including advanced presentation skills, assist in locating the appropriate vehicles, delivery specifications and other information to ensure that customers are highly satisfied with the service received at Acura of Glendale.
